Do You Offer Payment Plans?
We are proud to offer monthly payment plans through Affirm AND PayPal!
Affirm: Fill your cart with whatever sparkly item you desire! Then click "Check Out". Fill out your contact information, and proceed to "Payment". There will be an option for Affirm. Follow the rest of these instructions for checkout!
1. Add the item(s) to your cart
2. Enter your cart (view cart)
3. Click the green “Checkout” button on the right
4. Fill in your customer details, delivery details, and delivery method
(INCLUDES FREE INSURED SHIPPING!)
5. Then there will be the Affirm option in the “Payment” section!
Rates from 0–36% APR. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law license. Do You Warranty Your Pieces?
We offer a Lifetime Limited Repair Warranty that covers any manufacturer’s defect related to the original craftsmanship of your engagement ring. If a manufacturer’s defect is confirmed, Exodus Goldsmiths will cover the full cost of repair, including labor. Our current timeline for repairs is 1-2 weeks from when I receive your piece, depending on the complexity of the repair. What Is Covered:
Structural issues caused by faulty workmanship.
Professional cleaning and inspections (excluding shipping and handling).
Defects in solder joints, prongs, or settings resulting from the original creation of the piece.
Example: one specific diamond continues to fall out of the ring, and has to be replaced multiple times.
What Is Not Covered:
If your piece's repair needs fall beyond normal wear and tear, such as wearing your piece to the gym, gardening, swimming, etc.
Every piece of jewelry is inspected under a microscope upon receipt. So yes, we will be able to tell if the ring has been worn to the gym even if you insist that you don't.
Misshapen or bent jewelry. This is considered trauma and doesn't fall within the scope of normal wear and tear.
The warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work.
Lost, chipped or damaged diamonds or gemstones.
Center stones are not guaranteed underneath this warranty and are highly recommended to be insured by a third-party like Jewelers Mutual.
Theft and loss is not covered on any piece. Please insure your pieces upon receiving them!
Damage caused by failure to perform reasonable maintenance to keep the jewelry in a usable and wearable condition or as provided by the care instructions
The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, PH of skin, or bathing.
Do You Accept Returns and Refunds?
Each piece of jewelry I sell is hand crafted and made to order. I do not accept returns or exchanges on any of my pieces, especially custom or personalized merchandise (custom, sized and engraved pieces).
Why? In order to keep my costs reasonably low in comparison to other fine jewelry brands, I keep little/no live inventory. Once an order is placed I immediately order in the required materials to hand craft the piece. These materials are not refundable by my suppliers, and if I was to accept refunds and exchanges, then I would be liable for the balance of the unused materials and labor costs.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY-
Jewelry in the "Ready to Ship" section can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Rings purchased from the "Ready to Ship" section that have been sized before shipment are not eligible for returns.
The only exception for returns is if the piece is delivered in poor condition, or is not as described in the listing. Please read the descriptions of the piece carefully before making your purchase. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns!
Please confirm appropriate sizing for rings prior to placing an online order.
All normal wear and tear repairs are covered within the first 1 year of purchase (not including insured shipping). Please refer to our limited manufacturer warranty FAQ answer. Ring sizing tools are available for purchase on our Jewelry Care page.
Any returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in the original condition and in the original box; along with the certificates, warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Debit and credit purchases will only be refunded on the original card. Gift card purchases will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Do You Accept Cancellations?
Every piece I make is made-to-order. When an order is placed, I purchase the necessary materials and begin working to complete it ASAP. If you wish to cancel a non-custom order, please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee to help cover my costs. Non-custom orders must be canceled within 2 business days of the order being placed in order to receive the partial refund. Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable upon receipt of payment. Please contact me ASAP via email at bling@exodusgoldsmiths.com to begin the cancellation process.
Ring Resizing
Most of our engagement rings can be adjusted up or down by one full size, and each purchase includes one complimentary resizing. However, certain designs (such as highly detailed bands or full/near-eternity styles) cannot be resized due to the integrity of their design.
If your ring falls into the non-resizable category, we would need to remake the ring in the correct size and would charge for a new ring minus the cost of the gold from the old ring. This information will be disclosed before we go to production on any engagement ring.
If you ever need your ring resized, please email us at bling@exodusgoldsmiths.com along with your order number and we’ll provide a repair slip along with easy shipping instructions so you can safely send your piece back to us!
Shipping Details
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS with tracking, signature required, and delivery confirmation. Please contact me if you have any special shipping or gift wrapping requests. All engagement rings ship free, and fully insured! A luxurious proposal-ready velvet box and polishing cloth are included with each purchase.
All international packages are legally declared at full value of the item, so please note that they will likely have duty or custom fees once delivered in your country. Exodus Goldsmiths is not responsible to pay these fees, or responsible for any delays due to customs. Clients are responsible for paying any custom fees or VAT taxes in the EU.
Exodus Goldsmiths is not liable for any lost, stolen or unclaimed packages, please be sure your shipping situation is safe and secure to ensure smooth delivery. I am also not responsible for incorrect addresses. I ship to the address provided at checkout, unless requested otherwise via email. I am not responsible for replacing packages marked as Delivered by the courier.
A signature from an adult (that is, someone 21 years old or older) will be required upon delivery. We’d hate for you to incur any rerouting fees, so, if necessary, please ensure you provide a shipping address where an adult will be present to sign for your package.
Important Note: For security and insurance reasons, we are unable to ship to a PO Box, hotel address, or freight forwarding company and we have to handle all shipping communication (i.e., changes in shipping information, rerouting, etc.) on your behalf. So please let us know if any changes need to be made. Any reroutes made must have the same zip code as the original address.
What is Your Production Time?
I make every effort to process orders as fast as possible. Since I'm a small, independent busines and each piece is made by hand, and made to order, please allow:
1-4 weeks for production time for necklaces, gemstone rings, earrings, and bracelets.
1-4 weeks for production time for made-to-order engagement rings.
Custom Designs and Heirloom Re-Designs take 2-8 weeks to complete.
Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Your purchase will ship as soon as it is completed, and you will receive an email notifying you that it has shipped along with the tracking information. If your order is time sensitive, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do everything I can to accommodate you!
Will You Recreate a Ring From a Different Designer?
No, as this is unethical. If you happen to fall in love with a ring and want it exactly like it is, we recommend that you work directly with that designer. If you have styles that you want to use as inspiration, I would love to work with you to create a new, unique design!

Does You Offer Jewelry Repair Services?
Yes, I offer full jewelry repair services on fine jewelry. Unfortunately I am unable to repair costume pieces. To drop off a repair, please schedule an appointment with me HERE.
If I Purchased a Stone From a Different Company, Will You Set it in One of Your Pieces?
Usually no, I do not work with stones purchased from other companies. I have no way of verifying where the stone originated from or if the stone is what you believe it to be. My business insurance will not cover loss or damage to a stone I did not supply. However, if it is an antique or heirloom diamond or gemstone I am usually able to work with it! Do You Appraise Jewelry?
I provide written appraisals/evaluations for insurance purposes only on pieces that I have personally created from start to finish. At this time, I do not offer individual appraisal services for jewelry purchased elsewhere.
Wholesale
I am currently accepting new proposals for any fine jewelry stone setting, casting cleanup, repairs etc. that your company may need! I have a private and fully functioning studio in San Diego, California. I do not offer in-house castings, but I do casting clean up, polishing, repairs, stone setting, etc.
Please note that I do not work with base metals, vermeil, alternative metals (tungsten, steel, titanium, etc.), or gold filled materials.
