We understand how meaningful your jewelry is, and we want to make the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether your piece was created by Exodus Goldsmiths or another jeweler, we’ll carefully evaluate the repair and guide you through the next steps.
Jewelry Repair Services
Ring Sizing
Adjusting your ring for a more comfortable and secure fit while maintaining the integrity and appearance of the design whenever possible. Most rings can be sized up comfortably 1-2 sizes up or down.
Chain Repair
Repairing broken or damaged chains, clasps, and links to restore both strength and wearability. Unfortunately we do not work on hollow link chains, snake, or omega chains at this time.
Ring Refresh
Professionally refinish your ring to restore its original sparkle and shine while checking and securing stones that may have loosened over time. This includes a deep clean, polish, and stone tightening (rhodium plating for white gold rings is an additional $50/per ring).
Stone Replacement
Replacing small missing or damaged stones with carefully matched replacements whenever possible to preserve the overall look of the piece. This service is almost always paired with necessary prong re-tipping or replacement to prevent the stones from falling out again.
Bent or Damaged Ring
Did you wear you ring to the gym too many times? This service is for restoring bent, misshapen, or structurally damaged rings while evaluating the piece for long-term durability and wear.
Prong Re-Tipping
Rebuilding worn prongs to help securely hold your stone in place and extend the life of your ring setting.

Option 1: You can submit the questionnaire at the bottom of this page with a description of the repair needed and photos of the jewelry piece(s) that need to be fixed. We will send a follow up email with a price estimate and next steps.​

Option 2: Schedule an In-Person Appointment
Option 2: You can schedule an in-person repair consultation below and we can either meet in person at H. Tim Williams Jewelers in Santee or at a coffee shop of choice in San Diego! Please feel free to call or email with questions.
The Repair
Once the jewelry piece(s) are in our hands, we will get to work right away on performing the necessary work to fix them! Most repairs take 1-2 weeks start to finish. Detailed before and after photos will be provided. Rush repairs are available for an additional fee!
